#Prevented humans destroying props in wave 1 or the selection of who will become a zombie. (Zombies would do this to prevent the shade killing their friends etc.) #Prevented Zombies trolling attacking and destroying props the shade is holding. (Flesh creepers would build a nest realy far away and destroy the closest nests trolling.) #Outputting to console who on the Zombie team is attacking and destroying fleshcreeper nests. (Players would do this then join the zombie team sabotaging humans survival.) #Outputting to console who breaks a prop "all methods of attack including explosives and jumping ontop of the prop". #Prevented client side crashes by changing client console variables upon connection. #Prevent players cheating with modified client side scripts to make wraiths visible.
Install these scripts to the "/garrysmod/lua/autorun/" folder.
If you are having issues with players bypassing bans i did a script for that too : How to install : "/garrysmod/gamemodes/zombiesurvival/gamemode/maps/*.lua"įor other fixes and added features to Zombie survival they can be found inside my fork : Install these map profiles to the following directory you have zombie survival installed upon your local pc or server. (You have been warned.) Refer to the LICENSE file in the root directory for more information. Removing/altering the credits hook is a violation to the AGPLv3 License i have released these scripts under.
(I did decide to do this for free after all.) So please leave the credits function inside the scripts and give credit where it is due, By keeping these credits in motivates me to keep fixing maps. It might return some day, either to host different games or in a different form but for now it's time to put it to rest. This open source repository of scripts I have written up for maps in Garry's Mod Zombie Survival are free to use by anyone under the condition that credit is given to me since getting the vectors and finding the triggers inside of maps and editing them is time consuming. If you want to see some nostolgia, check out the old img dump.
The Mumble will remain open for as long as it is in use. The forums will remain up in read-only mode for reference purposes. If you want to leave comments or ask questions, you can do so on the Steam group or PM/e-mail/Steam message me. All personal and player data will be destroyed. The nox core code and the website will be released at a later date. Pull requests will still be looked at and I'll consider anyone who wants to be given repository collaborator status. The fully updated code for Zombie Survival is available for everyone as well as any other previously private repositories. Effective immediately, all servers are being taken down, and the complete source code will be made public. To keep things simple, the last remaining developers have left after taking code they do not fully own, I do not have the interest or drive to work on something so ancient, and don't see the point in constricting the game to be ran one group of people. Although I stopped personally developing years ago, people still found enjoyment in their own servers and spinoffs and the work of those left to keep it afloat. Billions of hours of playtime have been put in to my creations and hundreds of people have contributed in some way. Quite literally millions of people have visited and thousands have stayed for years. It's been 12 years since this place was made to host "advanced fortwars".
